[Release] Contrast White Cursor Pack

Post by Kelsenellenelvian » Tue Nov 15, 2005 1:48 pm

Yeah I know one was made before but it didn't work so I decided to make one that works fine. Tested several times and later I will add a choice for one with a custom luna.theme so they are picked as default. I will be making a couple of more cursor packs.

Thank you Kel! I had to always manually extract the cursors from the RRG version and then had to right click and 'install' the RRG*.inf files for these cursors to work.

BTW, your pack only includes the white style, what about the black contrast cursors?

That will be coming tonight or tommorow morning. This was my first cursor pack and it literally took most of the night to figure out. Don't worry though black will be out sometime tonight or tommorow morning.

cursor packs are easy!!! after youve made your first one, that first one can be a real bi%$& to figure out, i added the xz-b-one cursor pack to my theme and it took all of one day to figure out what i had to do to make one.

@kel to make your theme usse cursors as default, do this its easier than editing registry, load your msstyle theme, load cursors you want to be with default in your them in display properties dialog click save theme once saved you will notice that the .themes file loads your cursors when its loaded, its much easier especially when you say you hate reg entries. :D

kel i notice this line in your inf

Code: Select all

[SourceDisksNames.x86]
1="KelspackFiles","Kelspack.cab",,"i386"
should not it instead be this

Code: Select all

[SourceDisksNames.x86]
1="CursorWFiles","CursorW.cab",,"i386"
--edit just so you know this pack isnt working.

i have to ask what does it do?, because i dont see this file kelspack.cab anywhere in your contrast cursors white addon
