AFAIK, the only "Update-Pack" on this board that can be applied to an existing, running XP SP3 system is the Unofficial SP4 by harkaz. All others are meant to be used to install a new system. Good luck in your endeavors.

The problem boils down to drivers for the newer hardware that will work in the older Windows OS. AFAIK, the Ryzen and Threadripper CPUs can be made to work with Win7. The APUs cannot. @xkp, Dibya's comments were meant for you. He believes, as I do, that those were false positives you received. The script he mentioned was this one, if you would feel more comfortable using an addon/installer that you make yourself so that you can be sure what is in it.
