I would say that means that they had joined before you made the change and then waited until now to post, but if I remember correctly their "Joined" date was always the same day they posted, so that's not it. Very strange.

While you can find qchain.exe via the WayBack Machine - for example, it seems that qchain.exe is no longer required since XP SP1. See here for explanation and some suggestions in that link and other referenced links.

My reason is that Windows has seemed to have gotten more intertwined and interdependent over the years. Yes I know that XP is an older OS that should not have that "issue", but even updates and hotfixes can sometimes cause unforeseen "gotchas" in seemingly unrelated areas when removals are attempted...

@GH0st , you might want to check out Kurt_Aust's latest thread as well, since he uses nLite with SP4 and implies that tweaks and removals DO work. At least he specifically mentions using nLite for doing tweaks, but he doesn't mention removals at all, neither doing them or avoiding them. I haven't t...
