Yes it does create them, you are correct about that, but this was my little "workaround" so that I don't have to create an extra delfiles section for config files that are created by the application on 1st run. I've used this trick in quite a lot of my new uninstallable releases and it's worked flaw...

COPYING is the "file name" and not a "command".

It is common for many open source software packages to include files such as COPYING, LICENCE, README, CHANGELOG without a file extension on the end of them.

I can confirm that it installs (and uninstalls) AOK for me.
