@tedhbrown I've run into this issue before... I even got that issue with a clean install of an original XP SP2 disc, and found the issue to be due to the audio drivers (and program added to the control panel). On the systems with that issue, the audio was Intel High Definition, and drivers from the...

I just tried the new norestart addon and everything worked correctly. All of my tweaks have been applied as well. Thanks MrNxDmX :) Edit: :( Well I didn't test this at first but decided to anyway. I created a new account and the tweaks were not applied. It didn't ask to restart though so that's good.

The fix is this reg entry (I think MrNDmx knows it but the problem maybe that it is not being applied which signifies a bigger problem): Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ico] @="icofile" "PerceivedType"="image" "Content Type"="image/x-icon" (heard that from booggy who heard ...

Has anyone else experienced this anomaly? I'm not sure what's causing it but it started appearing in my latest disk. This one does not have the roguespear dotnet all in one pack that was giving me the other problem. This was fixed. Check the first page of this thread (post by meulc). To be honest t...

tedhbrown; the errors about the dll files are normal. It seems you used RVM Integrator for integration. As written in first post, they are known to occur. They will not harm ur computer. Yes I was pretty sure the error log was normal but I posted it anyway in case it was needed. My problem is not w...

Event ID 7016: The WebClient service has reported an invalid current state 87. Event ID 7022: The WebClient service hung on starting. Is .net 3.0 installed from svcpack? Because that breaks the webclient service. Yes. I'm using rougespear's new addon that has 1.1, 2.0, and 3.0. It does this every b...

I wasn't sure exactly where to post this but I'll try here first. I just tried to make an updated disk with the latest version of the IE7 no reboot addon and rougespear's new .net all in one addon. Everything installs correctly and everything seems to work properly in Windows. The problem is the int...

I just tried this and installed on virtual pc 2004. Everything went fine, except there is a white box around the WMP icon on the desktop. This didn't happen to me in my last slipstreamed disk (jan06) so I thought maybe it's a bug in the new version. I tried deleting the icon and readding it, but the...

Is it 100% required that I update to 2.0.2a? I just burned 8 disks, for four different versions of windows, for use at work. I'd hate to have wasted all those because it took quite awhile to integrate and burn all of them. I tested my disks in vmware and they all seemed to be running fine... However...
