I am having the issue where my theme service is disabled on first boot, my network does not work and a few other things I notice aren't right. But if I restart then all is well and I am also able to select my theme. I have this issue too One solution - integrate WindowsXP-KB898543-v3-x86-ENU.exe

I have Symantec antivirus corporate edition - it's clean, no detect any threat. This addon half year old - It can't hold any virus/horses (I'm believe...). Ok. Sorry rytukz - tried this yesterday for the first time and it didn't work for me. I used my tried and tested batch of addons which I have used previously and added just this new addon and my install goes fine but this theme does not show up in my list of available themes once the install completes....
