That is the application. It uses mrconfig by default and it saves the torrent list with their emulations fine but it doesn't save the tracker speed. Each tracker has it's default speed of 100kb so if I change it to 1MB and close the application, upon restart the speed is back to 100kb. That''s the s...

Thanks for your kind words. I am aware of the hybernate function in windows but that would mean the system will never be shutdown.
