ChiefZeke the error is probably caused by your WMI, it accours when atmzzrSystemCheck tries to check its update. Use Tweaking.com Windows Repair AIO and choose to repair only the WMI. This should help :)

Detection for an offline system (one of multiboot systems) wouldn't be possible because atmzzrSystemCheck connects to the WMI service on running system and collects data from it. It's not too good to rely on GUID because it likes to be changed :P
Do you still have this key (or its IsInstalled dword) after uninstallation of WMP?
It would be wrong to detect WMP version after uninstallation so it's good as it is now ;)
