I appreciate the time and effort you have put into this project. For now I am running a live install of WinXP USP4 and it seems to be working fine.

I appreciate that you're looking into this issue. One of the reasons I run Windows XP in a virtual machine is that it is still compatible with 16 bit programs that Win7 64-bit cannot run. I hope it's an easy fix.
