GH0st - There is a bad update there (KB4494528) which breaks the Windows Installer, there is a fix

maybe someone can take my hotfix.rar as basis for future work on another updates (in content of instal.bat there is shown what parametres I suppose to be to particular hotfixes - there ara generally two types of updates) I will probably install future updates manually but it is easy from my archive ...
