If you have Service pack 1 for VS2005 this is the only patch you need.
KB927512 is for VS2005 without sp1.

No I did it on a real computer, doing a reinstall. Couldn't find certain files. Went back to 1.2.2 and exactly the same setup and no errors.

Yeah, I had probs with missing files when installing. I used intergrator 1.3 + 2.0.7a + WMP10 and nlite options = screwed. Reverted back to 1.2.2 + 2.0.7a + WMP10 and nlite options = worked. Also had probs with 1.3 thinking my oem version of xp pro was media center edition and looking for compnents ...
