oh yeah, i always use the RVM Integrator, I only use nLite to remove components at the end, I wasn't sure if the RVMI is compatible with an XPSP3 disc, I guess it would be though. Thanks, I'll experiment when the SP3 goes final, just thought Id ask here in case someone had been playing with the RC's...

any idea if this will be addable to an XP disc with SP3 integrated? this is the only addon I really need to add when SP3 comes out.

Also, will the RVM Integrator be able to do this, or should it be done by nLite?

thanks

Integrated this to Ryans 2.1.7 pack, plus Ryans WGA and DirectX addons, and installed it onto my housemates computer, worked like a dream, wonderful work, thanks :)

Hi, this is something I dedicated my sunday to this week, and after quite a bit of messing around, I finally got it working ok. None of it was the fault of Viva's pack though (well done mate, excellent work btw) it was a few things I did wrong but figured out over time. dougm: check this microsoft k...

no worries mr_smartepants :) (that sounds like I'm being sarcastic... lol) Are Kel or Ryan there to answer? To me it sounds like this addon and ryans do the same thing now, I was just unsure what the relevance of the slight differences were. I figured since Microsoft dropped the KB905474 update from...

thanks Kel! I was just wandering then, since both this addon and Ryans WGA Addon contain just the LegitCheckControl.dll, what is the benefit of using this addon instead of Ryan's? What difference does it make that Ryan's adds some registry entries to tell windows KB892130 has been installed, isn't t...

WGA NOT on Microsoft Update anymore?!

Is it just me or is the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification (KB905474) not on Windows/Microsoft Update anymore. I don't see it and I checked that it wasn't just because I had it hidden before. Have Microsoft given in and removed this from the critical updates? I hope so!

I'd be surprised if this hasn't been suggested before, but why don't you send your update pack out via BitTorrent. If you create the torrent file and upload it yourself to demonoid or where ever, then attach the torrent file to this thread each month, we will know we are getting the real deal proper...

Media Player Classic for video

...and its ALL about XMPlay for Audio, I can't believe no one has mentioned it yet. Incredible plugin support, amazing playback engine. I used QCD for over 3 years, and after a day of playing with XMPlay, I ditched QCD for good!

I reckon, use the first one from HJW's last post (I like the transparent box text) but you need to simplify the Integrators icon, its too cluttered and complicated with the wheel, signets spanner and the RVM box. I say drop the cog (its a bit too nLite esq anyways) and just have the spanner and do s...

Ryan, if you are reading this thread, is there a possibility you could include this method (or similar) with your v2.1.0 of the update pack, just to add one more thing that we don't have to do after install (I figure that if people are not installing the added WGA update you will be supplying sepera...
