The Errors are Not releted with any of these three :D It appears to be related to .NET 3.0 installing from svcpack. What remains a mystery is what triggers it for some and not for others. When I use the Tour removal addon, I still get a pop-up balloon asking if I want to take a tour. I've searched around for a solution to this but can only find out-of-date links. Does anyone have a Tour removal that also eliminates the pop-up balloon?
