HI,
Is the Windows XP repair not fully executing the UpdatePack.inf file?
Because after a Windows XP repair all the registry entries for the Updates and Hotfixes are gone from the registry.

Yes the new KB3034344 update has fixed the Front bug.

I'm able now to make signed files on Windows with the help of your tutorial and some help from ricktendo64. 
If possible then i think an RVM Integrator Addon would be a lot better then a batch file, like this Addons here:

Okay i found out what the problem was i removed OOBE and for that the file "syssetup.dll" needs to be patched too.
