retested today 1.9.1. with a fresh XP sp2 source: everything works fine. Perhaps the cause could be some strange behavior of new cumulative IE patch. However registry lines related to IE bars integrated in this addon are the default ones: they're not processed. have you tried with Integrator 1.5b32...
