It could be easier to tell Firefox to delete cookies at the exit (you can make exceptions), that's what I'm using.

You can also install an extension to manage cookies:

I heard good things about Linux Mint. It's pretty good, the main thing that stops me using it is that Ubuntu and derived distributions suck at RAID support. Also as they are still based off the 14.4 LTS release, their kernel lags, so newer hardware might not be supported, it doesn't recognise the R...

It really depends on your hardware, and your possibility to buy recent hardware. To my opinion, Win7 is good, I don't have any trouble with explorer and UAC is not a bad thing (and can be deactivated if you want). Win 8 and 10, on the other hand, are a real mess in my opinion. XP is good for older h...

I had hard times as well with those drivers, once for a GS4 mini, and also for a smart watch.
If I remember correctly you must reboot between the uninstall and the install of the different drivers.
You can also try on an other PC if you have one.

Also, I've found the easiest way to reinstall the serial/cert if you have a BIOS with slic 2.1, is Windows loader by daz: if a slic is detected, it will install matching cert and serial (and the actual loader if no slic is found).

@vmanda: you can use 7za instead of cabarc to pack the AddOn, in my test zip is smaller than cab compression and it's one less executable to carry in the Binary folder.
7za is also much faster than cabarc.
