If you've intergrated/installed WMP11, you'll need to extract the rollup update 2 and install each hotfix seperately. There is one or two updates that won't install because it updates WMP10 files and won't update WMP11.

Excellent work, MrNxDmX!! I intergrated and install in VirtualPC without problems. Appears stable. I've got a question, though: Is there any way to eliminate that reboot question? Perhaps move it to another section in the INF file so that it executes before logging in to the user session?

Ryan's update pack is meant for Windows XP, hence the name "RyanVM's Windows XP Post-SP2 Update Pack". Using it on any other operating system is not supported (and probably highly advised against!)

Yeah. WGA hacks aren't legal, though. (I know.... DUH! :P ) I don't understand why Windows would have to know what scheduled tasks are on any machine other than the machine it's running on. It's seems kinda silly to me, but perhaps Microshaft has some reason for it.....

bestofcomputer: Have you hash-checked the Update Pack and add-ons that you have in your possession? I'd check them first, because I've heard some people have download stuff and that stuff is "received" corrupted. This could be the source of your problems.....

i have a stupid question.. ya know how when you share out a drive (not a folder mind you, a drive!) it puts that nifty little hand at the bottom of the icon...
