Known Issues- .NET Framework 3.0 won't install with 2.1.8 integrated. Fix below. The addon can be integrated with the Update Pack or after the fact.

MD5: 5E7E36984A9D8398E39FD6939B9FBC9F - High Definition Audio isn't working right for some people. As a workaround, replace the two hdaudio INFs with the ones from the September Update Pack (or directly extracted from KB888111).
- Yes, setuperr.log whines about plugin.ocx being missing. This is completely intended behavior and is nothing to worry about. I'll update the FAQ with a more detailed explanation later.
If you do run into anything you think is an error, be sure to consult with the FAQ on my site before asking about it here.

tested twice along with a load (23!) of other addon packs, runs fine in a VM as well as on 'real hardware.
The 'real' hardware is a sempron 2000+, 256 Mb ram, Matrox graphics.

You can thank the asshats sending thousands upon thousands of requests at my server all at the same time. I maintain a rather large .htaccess block list as they pop up, but it's extremely difficult to stay on top of it. I'm going to have to resort to using the torrent tracker as the primary distribution method for the first few days I think. Dreamhost is getting rather pissed at me because my site is constantly bringing down the server it's hosted on.

Downloaded via the tracker, all is good! Thanks for your hard work once again Ryan
Not sure about offending people by calling them names, they just like the work you do Ryan. But I see your point over the bandwidth.

I call them as I see them. There's no rational reason why one single IP address needs to send over 13,000 requests at my download server in the span of a single day. And yes, that's a true example of someone I added to the list this morning.

Did you download the update pack from Ryan's site? If you did, then this might just be a false positive.

Care to elaborate on that? The updatepack does not have a virus in it. I don't see why any AV software would even get a false positive in it either. There isn't any scripts in it that would do so

Good idea!
My torrent client shows I uploaded over 100MB today just on the 2.1.8 update pack! Just doin' my part!
For the record, my file is virus-free.

Dude... joking about viruses on a site like this is not funny. 2.1.9 would be out in approximately 3 weeks. We release just after microsoft releases new hotfixes. So if you are thinking there are so many releases because the UpdatePack is buggy... you're strongly mistaken. It's been pretty bug free for quite a long time now.

Just a quick question...
Is it possible that the update to MSXML breaks the dotnet 3.0 install ?
I ran all the components of it manually and the only one that seems to fail on install is the MSXML6 contained in the dotnet release.
