Windows XP Post-SP3 Update Pack lacks some updates

The Windows XP Post-SP3 Update Pack seems to have lacked some updates/hotfixes:

One of them is used only in active directory environments (and is for a component that the install disc does not install). The other two are relevant only for SP2->SP3 upgrades, not for clean installs. These issues have been discussed before; use the forum search.
