I just configured and installed echo the tracker ... and it's working, but now comes the tricky part ... how do i make the torrents ?

I use utorrent to make them. Make sure when you list your tracker in your torrent you list it like so:
http://mydomain.com/tracker/announce

announce being the important part. ;)
