Installation issues

Hi guys,
I installed echo and got all done with no problems.
When i try to load the page, it says:
Document Does Not Exist

Any help would be nice.
If not I'm gonna wipe it out and start again.
it's a free hosting plan.
they have php and mysql running on debian.
I'm not sure if its apache or not, so i tried both.
I was able to get the non-apache version running at home, so I'm not sure where I went Wrong.

OMG, nevermind;
i fudged it up somehow last time, it works now.

I'd like to mirror the tracker of this site and host the echo versions when i get a paid plan.
Let me know how to go about that.

Im such a noob,
im trying to make torrents to add to my tracker and bittorrent asks for the address of my tracker.
My tracker is at:

my.site.com/tracker/

how do i format the rest/ do i need to include the port number?

u need a portnumber too at the end ie: blabl\abla:8730

http://my.site.com/tracker/announce is all you need
