Collecting packages

I am in the process of collecting the indevidual packages from the install wim of windows 8
Packages like snipping tool and windows media centre.
I will eventually hope to make a tool that would do this automatically but would need some help.
Anyone that has good knowledge of autoit and file read functions.
The reason for me doing this is because im slimming down my install wim to bare basics and if in future i need a certain package i can just reinstall it.

actually i do not know much about, not even the free time I have not so much, but what you need in autoit (I do not know, but maybe I can help)
