I just re-compiled 7-zip using VC7(which generally grants a much better output than VC6), just to share:

It's linked to msvcrt.lib so don't worry about runtimes, i.e. it doesn't require VC7 runtimes.
It includes "7-Zip for 32-bit Windows" and 7za.exe(command line version) and 7zxa.dll(can be used to replace same file in softwares like winrar).
