My Fav Theme Never 2 B Released :(

Post by dgelwin » Mon Jan 23, 2006 5:14 pm

ive split the addon in five pieces, in order to have it installed to your xp disc use rvmintegrator and integrate all five pieces.
the pieces are:
Addon_LClock_v4w_dgelwin.cab
Addon_ThemeFile.MindWoodDEF_dgelwin.cab
Addon_ThemeFile.MindWood_dgelwin.cab
Addon_IconTheme.CopperDE_dgelwin.cab
Addon_EXBarTheme.Glass_dgelwin.cab

the reason i made five pieces was my new line of thought.
which makes it posible to have only the theme addon, only the icon addon, only the toolbar button addon, only the lclock addon, or if you use the Addon_ThemeFile.MindWoodDEF_dgelwin.cab addon in conjunction with the others it would merge theme into a theme transformation pack, the sweet part with the five piece scenario is that the theme addon is excatly equal to any other theme addon, it will only install the theme file nothing else, only the msstyle, the theme and the wallpaper, but its when used in conjunction with the them def addon that magic is possible, it transforms windows uses the themes and icons as default windows replacement.

well here are some screen shots then im gonna go cry

now i will go cry over my never released theme

You had me right up until I seen the Start Menu... You're missing the words to all the links on the right side... And the Pic... for my taste... other than that it looks great! :D

Why aren't you going to release this theme? And happy belated bday!

No it's not normal to me, it's odd, and I know there are plenty of them out there that look like that now, I just don't care for it, if you had read what I said...

That's not to say I don't like the theme though, I actually do, I just don't care for those two things, which is why I'd love it if he'd reconsider and release it...

You can't redo it and use the wood grain portion of it at least? That's what makes that theme in my opinion... Also use the new round startbutton maybe?

Speaking of themes...where did you ever get with the one I released?

I have themes disabled cos I like a bare bones system that runs as lean as possible....

However.... if I was one of those gurly girls who likes to add a little nail polish and powder puffs to my OS this is one of the few themes I've ever seen that I would actually consider installing.

Very nice indeed :)
