Create a new XP CD without them. Or you can manually dig through txtsetup.sif, dosnet.inf, sysoc.inf and the i386 directory to remove any traces of the files from whatever addon you want to remove.

Now what sounds easier? ;)

The INF has to be specifically crafted to allow for uninstallation. It's doable, but I can say that I've never created any of my INFs with uninstallation a possibility.

Well, whenever the addons are installed, they place an .inf file in the windows\inf directory. As long as the whole install went via the .inf file (ie. no runonce or whatever) you should be able to modify it by hand to add in uninstall proceedures with no problems at all, then simply add the nessecary reg keys and it would be simple as that.
