Hi,
thanks for your great work!
But unfortunately I get an error from the Bluescreen-tool when FGCBA runs and the Addon-Builders stops.
This is my log-file:
Any ideas what went wrong?
Best regards

most virus scanners pick up the bluescreen toy as a virus and deletes it.

Hello all,
Two things:
(1) According to the Sysinternals website, there are a lot more tools than what is offered as an option by the ver3.5.1 to download. Shouldn't there be an update attempt to include those as well?
(2) A bug: I don't select the "debugview" tool. At the end of the selection process, it is possible to add some of the tools as a right-click option to "My Computer". The list of tools includes debugview. Obviously, if i did not select it for download to begin with, it should not be added as a right-click menu.
However, it is added. By the way, shoudn't the list of programs to add as right click be selectable?
Thanks for this tool, in any case.

If u want to use above tool, you should also read Post 20 and 21 in that thread.
Why bother anyway? Xable maintains excellent Addons (an AIO and even seperate addons for every single Sysinternals application).

In the past this has always run to completion. Today something is broken using current downloaded files. Here is final report screen:

thanks for the update
Are you planning to add another programs?
The official site has more tools than the Sysinternals suite
For rapid assistance can update this page:
http://live.sysinternals.com/
Since the last update have been added:
VMMap
VMMap is a process virtual and physical memory analysis utility.
ProcDump
This new command-line utility is aimed at capturing process dumps of otherwise difficult to isolate and reproduce CPU spikes. It also serves as a general process dump creation utility and can also monitor and generate process dumps when a process has a hung window or unhandled exception.
Disk2vhd
Disk2vhd is a utility that creates VHD (Virtual Hard Disk - Microsoft's Virtual Machine disk format)
out:
filemon
regmon
Newsid
Filemon and Regmon Retired: As we forwarned, Filemon and Regmon have been retired from the site, since their functionality is subsumed by the much more powerful and scalable Process Monitor utility. (from Sysinternals site Blog )

mainly because Darren (aka "xable") is a bit of a moron -- his bread and butter update packs don't (or didn't) install everything properly and you have (had) to take out the Blue Screen of Death screensaver or you got errors when integrating into your source files. He may have fixed things up since i last checked but, really, he should be releasing things on this site so then we can provide feedback in a forum he doesn't have complete control over.beats wrote:Why bother anyway? I repeat for the uninitiated -- MORON ALERT: check very carefully anything Xable releases.

as an aside, has anyone looks at a combined installer for these two packages:
http://www.kls-soft.com/wscc/index.php
and the Nirsoft Launcher (which can handle sysinternals tools as well)

Then set up your favorites in the WSCC.
Between Sysinternals and Nirsoft I have around a dozen utils I use frequently. All are set up in the favorites tab in the WSCC. I also use the nirsoft launcher. And beyond making sure that they are installed and configured properly, I don't have an emotional attachment to either utility/launcher.
