Sorry if this has been asked or answered earlier but I did not feel like scrolling through and reading all the pages here.
When I looked at the info for the latest runtimes it listed Visual Basic 1-4 as included. I thought to myself that was not quite right and I checked my Visual Baisc Runtimes folder and found msvbvm50.exe which is: MS Visual Basic 5 runtimes 5.2.8244
Is this no longer required?

And what is worse, these addons are not entirely x86-64 compatible.lsrkin wrote:Can this pack be used in Windows 7 x64? Or it's supposed to work in XP only?

Are VB6 and VC6 part of the pack? Or should they be?Sereby wrote:Service Pack 6 for Visual Basic 6.0, Visual C++ 6.0 with Visual Source Safe 6.0d

Just tried integrating v6 of this addon with RVMi v.1.6.1b2.1 in XPSP3.
(Had been using v5.8 previously.)
After integration, installing in VBox3012 gave me a blue screen with the following error:
STOP: c0000139 {Entry Point Not Found}
The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.
I assume it has to do with this addon?
Pardon me if I am wrong.
Edit: sorry, I just scrolled up the thread and saw that salad had previously reported this error with a earlier version, so it's probably not v6??
I checked the MD5 and its the same as posted above.
