Time Synchronizer

Since there is some positive interest in this addon, I decided to rebuild it with an uninstaller....
See how cheerful and motivated I become when I get encouraging responses

check the file name Gassy old bean.. just got made TODAY.. means its prolly not up on Ryans host yet.. give it a little time !
