Predef Entries in txtsetup setup_dirs (--note 4 Uno and Kel)

i notice in several of your entries.ini you both have

[txtsetup_dirs]
200 = System32\ShellExt

but this isnt needed since System32\ShellExt is already defined in
[WinntDirectories]

its number 30

i hope this helps that way you can free up 200 for some other directory,

and Ryan i dont know if this is a good idea or not but how about we create a thread to standardize the definitions we use in our entries.ini for the [WinntDirectories] section of txtsetup.sif so as to avoid having some addon packs overwrite sections we have added with other addon packs because they use the same number.
may not be that important now but once there are a lot of addons we may have lets say for example some one else using.
[txtsetup_dirs]
242 = System32\mydirect
241 = inf\flavors

or even worst overwriting original entries like lets say

[txtsetup_dirs]
2 = i\love\lolypops

its just and idea if it sounds dumb or if its already done feel free to flame.

As for the idea of keeping track of them. It is allready being done.

siginet do you have any idea why there are two [WinntDirectories] and does it make a difference which one we define our paths in?.

Not sure why there are 2 sections of winntdirectories... but that's just the way txtsetup.sif is. There are 2 sections for many different things in dosnet.inf and txtsetup.sif. I don't think it matters if you put entries in the first one or the second one. Actually I think NLite compiles all of the entries into one section. But I have decided not to do that. At least for now. The integrator will continue to add it's entries in the first occurance of the file.

Also this one,

[txtsetup_dirs]
300 = Resources\Themes

which is already defined in,

[WinntDirectories] as
129 = Resources\Themes

I've observed this in most Themes Addons.
