Welcome to the forum, MrCobra.

If I may make two requests: Please add the word "addon" to addon file names to make them compatible with the RVM Integrator. And link to the original homepage of the software.

Hosted file is ok now but I also noticed that the file size is different from what is listed here. Downloaded file is just 5KB while on the info above its says 4,258KB. Maybe just a typo error.

well, MrCobra may use 4,258KB standing for 4.258KB.
This is accpeted in some countries.

Well, MrCobra et al., a long ago i made an addon out of layout.dll alongwith "Desktop Icon Save and Restore" (http://www.midiox.com/). If you want, can look into this thread : http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1825.

Both addon does same thing, but they are not the same programs though. They are not hosted on same url too

Versy usefull addon, however....
I downloaded the exe version for testing. In my case there are minor problems with restoring icons.
I have about 40 icons on my desktop. When i change their position manually, restoring works fine for only 39 icons. The missing one is covered by another icon, but i can't see which one. Does this sound familiar to you?
