As any of you who've recently joined the forum know, I have made replying to the account registration email a mandatory part of getting the account activated (and yes, I do manually activate all new accounts). As you can tell, it's also culled the number of spammers on this board to zero. However, I seriously got this email today:

Shocker of the day, the registration IP address traces to Ghana.

OMG guys, should I let him in?!?!?!?!?!

It would depend on what you truly feel about the user/IP address. The worst that could happen is he does not get in. However, if you are feeling generous to accept the user, yourself (or one of the other moderators) could keep a watch on the posts and delete the account if necessary. Just go with your 'gut' feeling.

I'm with u_h. Cultural differences and geography alone should not be barriers to entry. But I'd definitely keep an eye on him as crashfly suggests.
