This is true addon and Uninstallable addon. Nero Burning Rom and Nero Express include.

If you wanna register this addon, You must editing a few things. extract my addon and open nero.inf then find [NERO.AddReg] section and add your info, like this

I'd imagine that's very doubtful, but maybe, if it's not too difficult to localize the application. From what I understand, most of the localization files are actually images, which means that it's about as simple as replacing the images in the pack.

That said, this pack is based on Nero Micro 8.3.2.1, which is available in "Asian" (I'm assuming a compilation of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean):

So you might be able to snag the localization files from there. Just make sure to properly modify the paths as well.

Also, I don't know if I have an older version of this addon or what, but I had to modify the two following registry entries in order to not be prompted to select my language:

I changed them to ENG, and it worked without a hitch.

This addon is great, appart from the default language not being English, so I keep getting this stupid promt every time I go anywhere near using Nero!

Would like to have a shortcut for Nero Burning ROM on the desktop, too. Tried to do it by adding sections to inf-file, like express, but the only thing I acchieved was to get a shortcut on startmenu.
Can anyone help me with this?

7-zip should do the trick, just make sure you pack it the using the same levels.

The levels don't matter. RVMi can extract it no matter the compression level.

may i know how to edit the installation path? I know it involves editing the inf file but i'm not certain which areas to edit.

In the INF, you will see the destination directories for each Nero component under "DestinationDirs." You can edit it there, but make sure that you edit the values of the shortcuts as well to point to the new file. AND you have to edit the parts in "Nero.AddReg", and "Nero.CloseProg" where it points to various programs.

You can follow Ricktendo64's video tutorial for INF creation if you want to familiarize yourself with the process.

So this addon does contain the various languages Nero supports, but the default language is set to English, correct? It is not just a barebone English version? I need about 4 European languages, with one of them set as default. Or is it only the language of the installation procedure that you have to choose and the program later functions with an English interface?

2. There is a link posted earlier to the .exe this is based on:

There are two versions there: "lite" and "micro". What do these contain? I would guess the "micro" would be just the Burning ROM and the Express. Correct? and the "Lite"?

3. If this is a barebone English version, would it be possible to make an addon of the "International" version and give the procedure how to set the default language for the installed program?
